African University of Science and Technology (AUST)
Development of a mixed-use campus facility on a 20,000 square meter site, comprising:
- Hostel Accommodation – 500-room student housing complex
- Guest House – 100-room facility for visiting faculty, guests, and dignitaries
- Business & Food Court – Commercial complex housing 50 office units alongside dining and retail outlets
- Event Center – Multi-purpose venue with a seating capacity of 1,500
This integrated development is designed to enhance campus life by combining residential, commercial, and event infrastructure within a single, cohesive masterplan.
Nigerian Shippers’ Council
Development of Vehicle Transit Areas (VTAs) and Inland Dry Ports across four states:
- Ogun State
- Edo State
- Kogi State
- Plateau State
This initiative supports the Council’s mandate to decongest seaports, streamline cargo evacuation, and improve logistics efficiency by establishing strategic inland transit and trade facilitation hubs across key transport corridors.




Ghana
United Ghana Universities Staff Superannuation Scheme (UGUSSS)
Construction and development of purpose-built hostel accommodation across nine public universities in Ghana, delivered under the United Ghana Universities Staff Superannuation Scheme (UGUSSS).
This programm represents a coordinated institutional investment in student housing infrastructure, addressing the growing accommodation deficit across Ghana’s higher education sector. The development spans nine university campuses, delivering standardized yet campus-appropriate residential facilities designed to support student welfare, improve academic retention, and modernize the living standards of university communities nationwide.
Togo
Construction & Financing of the National Olympic Stadium
A flagship infrastructure development for the National Olympic Committee of Togo (CNO-T), this project focuses on the financing, design, and construction of a world-class National Olympic Stadium integrated within a modern Olympic Smart City.
The development is envisioned as a multi-purpose destination that promotes sports excellence, sustainable urban development, and economic growth while providing world-class facilities for athletes, residents, visitors, and the wider community.

Olympic Stadium – International-standard venue for sporting events, ceremonies, concerts, and national celebrations.
Administrative Facilities – Headquarters and office spaces for the National Olympic Committee, sports federations, and event management.
